Tracey Reisman Gerber

Tracey Reisman Gerber is a seasoned attorney and shareholder in WKPZ’s real estate division. With her extensive expertise in the field, Tracey adeptly facilitates leasing, acquisitions, development, and other related matters, including lease disputes, for a variety of individual and corporate entity clients. Her diverse clientele includes large-scale real estate developers, individuals, and entities in complex commercial transactions. With a focus on acquiring, leasing, managing, and developing high-end and mixed-use office and retail developments, Tracey provides her clients with comprehensive services as well as astute general counseling on real estate matters. Additionally, she represents landlords and tenants in negotiating, preparing, and maintaining all types of commercial real estate leases, including office, shopping center, restaurant, and retail leases in Texas and across the country.
