Stephanie Garcia is an associate attorney of WKPZ who advises clients on an array of real estate and business transactions. Stephanie routinely assists clients with the acquisition, disposition, and development of commercial properties by drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, easements, and deed restrictions and by performing title and survey reviews. In addition, she has significant experience representing landlords and tenants in drafting and negotiating retail, office, and industrial leases. Stephanie navigates complex matters with a practical approach; she focuses on getting deals done effectively and efficiently.
Before joining WKPZ, Stephanie worked at a boutique law firm in the Houston area, where she assisted with various corporate transactions and worked with high-growth companies facing complex business and regulatory issues.
Stephanie enjoys traveling with her husband, Daniel, and cheering on the Houston Astros.
