Michael Bailey is an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Real Estate practice groups, where he represents businesses, property owners, and individuals in a wide range of civil disputes. His practice focuses on complex litigation involving real estate, commercial contracts, landlord-tenant law, and business torts. Michael is committed to delivering strategic and efficient legal solutions, helping clients navigate high-stakes matters with clarity and confidence.
Since joining Weycer, Kaplan, Pulaski & Zuber, P.C., Michael has played a key role in complex litigation across Texas courts, including matters involving multimillion-dollar claims, injunctive relief, and commercial lease disputes. He has successfully represented clients through all phases of litigation—from pre-suit negotiations and discovery to dispositive motion practice and trial preparation.
Michael earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston, where he received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award and was inducted into the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society. He holds a B.A. in Economics with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. During law school, he honed his courtroom skills through mock trial, moot court, and the criminal defense clinic.
