John Garza is an associate attorney in WKPZ’s litigation practice group. He is intensely passionate about his practice area, encompassing all aspects of civil litigation, from trial to appeals. John’s expertise lies in skillfully guiding clients through the often stressful realities of litigation, whether they are individuals or large corporations.
He s experienced in handling matters involving breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation, employment disputes, complex business torts, personal injury defense, real estate conflicts, and many other litigation areas. John manages cases from pre-suit through to final resolution, and he effectively assists his clients in pursuing or defending their interests as either plaintiff or defendant.
Prior to joining WKPZ, John worked at several large Houston firms, affording him a wide range of knowledge and proficiencies that he leverages in his current role as a skilled and passionate litigator.
