Jacob Guerrero is an associate attorney in WKPZ’s litigation practice group. His practice focuses on a broad range of civil litigation matters, including commercial disputes, breach of contract actions, employment-law claims, creditor-rights litigation, and personal injury defense. He also has experience handling matters involving restrictive covenants, including noncompete and nonsolicitation agreements.
Prior to joining WKPZ, Jacob gained experience representing businesses and insurers in a variety of civil matters, developing a strong foundation in litigation practice and case management. In his free time, Jacob enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, and staying active.
