Drew Weitzel is a dynamic and practical attorney whose real estate transactions practice is distinguished by his meticulousness and steadfast commitment to his clients’ success. With a broad base of experience in property acquisition, sales, financing, leasing, and development, he comprehensively represents his clients throughout each stage of a property’s life cycle. Likewise, he adeptly addresses joint venture and business organization formation and operations connected to his clients’ properties. Drew is also well versed in easement, restrictive covenant, and other contract and property rights concerns that arise in the acquisition, financing, and operation of his clients property portfolios. Drew leverages his robust legal skill set to meet the needs of and advise each his clients where they are at, whether they are small business tenants, mid-market developers or landlords, institutional-grade transaction participants, or otherwise.
