On August 26, 2020, WKPZ attorney, Cory Halliburton, presented to the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives. The Business-Not-As-Usual In The COVID-19 Era presentation addressed current business and economic climates, challenges in employment and employer management, legislative matters, and what Mr. Halliburton describes as the “Spider-Webbed Alphabet Soup,” involving the ADA, CDC, DOL, EEOC, EIDL, FFCRA, FLSA, FMLA, IRS, OSHA, PPE, PPP, etc. Attendees were chief executive officers and presidents representing chambers of commerce and their constituent bases located across the United States.
