Mr. Beasley practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate, corporate finance, lending, real estate, and employment law. 
 
Mr. Beasley’s practice frequently involves representing sellers and buyers in business sales, mergers and acquisitions; entity selection and formation (including drafting LLC or partnership agreements, buy-sell ownership control agreements, and related documentation); private placement of equity or debt securities; financing, reclassification or recapitalization of business entities; contract drafting and review, including Master Service Agreements and other business agreements; and drafting and negotiating general corporate documents. 
 
Mr. Beasley also represents both lenders and borrowers in such commercial loan transactions as asset-based loans, loan workouts and restructurings, project finance transactions, real estate acquisition and development loans, construction loans, mezzanine and subordinated debt facilities, and letter of credit facilities. 
Mr. Beasley also counsels clients with respect to employment matters, including compliance with federal and state statutes and regulations, hiring and termination issues, addressing EEOC charges, and addressing non-compete and unfair competition issues.
 
Mr. Beasley has represented clients in the purchasing and selling of businesses throughout the United States and Canada.

Representing seller in an asset sale of a global support provider for third party maintenance services in a transaction with a purchase price in excess of $65 million, including negotiating roll-over equity.
 
Representing sellers in an asset sale of a company selling refurbished and recycled golf balls and related products, including negotiating employment agreements and roll-over equity documents. 
 
Representing purchasers in a merger transaction involving an oil and gas database target with a purchase price in excess of $50 million.
 
Representing seller in an asset sale of a company providing civil construction and highway and bridge repair work, including negotiating real estate sale and employment and consulting agreements. 
 
Representing seller in an asset sale of a company providing commercial scaffolding systems and products, including negotiating employment agreements and roll-over equity documents. 
 
Representing purchasers and sellers in asset sale, stock sale and mergers in a variety of industries with purchase prices ranging from $1 million to in excess of $70 million.
