Megan Brannigan

Ms. Brannigan focuses her practice on commercial litigation and appeals.  Her experience includes a broad range of disputes including contract, fiduciary duty, construction, real estate, trade secret, employment discrimination, Deceptive Trade Practices Act, business tort, insurance coverage and bad faith, property damage, and product liability.  Ms. Brannigan aggressively represents her clients’ interests and works diligently to garner results in an efficient and cost effective manner.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Brannigan worked for an international consulting firm, where she guided leading companies in their business transformation projects.  She was tasked with improving companies’ processes and technological foundation.  Ms. Brannigan’s legal practice is influenced by her collaborative client services experience.  She appreciates the strategic advantage of working closely with clients to yield positive results in the face of opposition.

During law school, Ms. Brannigan interned with the Hon. Jeff Bohm in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Texas and with the Hon. Jane Bland and the Hon. Michael C. Massengale in the Texas First District Court of Appeals.
