About Us
OUR HISTORY
In 1976, Al Weycer and Richard Kaplan began practicing law together, and in 1979 formed Weycer & Kaplan. Joe Pulaski & Gordon Zuber began practicing law in 1962, most of the time at the firm of Foreman Dyess Prewett Rosenberg & Henderson (later Foreman Dyess). In 1985, Weycer Kaplan Pulaski & Zuber was created by the merger of Weycer & Kaplan and Pulaski & Zuber. The firm started out with just a few practice areas mostly in the areas of commercial real estate, corporate transactions, and commercial litigation, but over the years expanded to a wide variety of areas, including estate planning and administration, appellate, tax, finance, bankruptcy, non-profit, and employment, thus becoming a premiere full service law firm with offices in Houston and Dallas. Although much has changed over the years, one thing has remained the same - the law firm’s philosophy of creating a firm with highly qualified attorneys, who provide quality legal work to its clients in an expeditious and efficient manner.
