Bankruptcy Section's Head Achieves Timely Results

Ed Rothberg, the head of the Weycer, Kaplan, Pulaski & Zuber bankruptcy section, represented the largest M&M lien creditor in a Chapter 11 case in Dallas, Texas.  The case was filed on April 15, 2008.  Through his efforts on behalf of his client and the ad hoc committee of M&M lien holders, Mr. Rothberg recently received a check for $1,928,926, which paid his client in full with interest and 70% of the attorney fees incurred.  The entire engagement lasted only five months at a net cost to the client of approximately $10,000.
