Mr. Corsaut’s practice is focused primarily on labor and employment as well as commercial litigation. Mr. Corsaut regularly defends private employers from complaints of discrimination and retaliation before the Texas Workforce and Equal Employment Opportunity Commissions. In addition, Mr. Corsaut routinely represents private entities and executives in state and federal lawsuits involving contract disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, tort claims (i.e., unfair competition, trade secret misappropriation, and fraud), employment discrimination and retaliation claims, and FLSA claims for unpaid wages and overtime.
