Robert Beasley was lead counsel in a number of significant mergers and acquisition transactions in 2008 and 2009, including representing: (i) the seller in an asset sale of an industrial manufacturer having worldwide operations for a purchase price in excess of $60 million; (ii) the seller in an asset sale of a distributor in the oil and gas marketplace for in excess of $60 million; (iii) the purchasers in a merger transaction involving an oil and gas database target with a purchase price in excess of $50 million; (iv) representing purchasers of assets in transactions with purchase prices ranging from $1 million to $35 million. Mr. Beasley has also been involved in numerous corporate and debt restructuring transactions over the last year.
